Ignore the Picture what do you think of the new designer interface, seems a lot cleaner(not sure if thats the right word) to me.

2k21 ended up with 17 real official courses and with only 20 being announced little disappointed in that but at least it will be good to play the renaissance club nice to have an official course from scotland in the game if they used some new data for it.

The Trailer was horrible but did not expect much there. BF 2042 trailer was awesome and the game was a disaster so will not put to much weight on it.

I saw a pic on the pre order screen of the swing feedback and it looks like it is the same as 21. So tempo is going to be king again which is a yawn imop. But will have to see if any changes have been made. Most important to me is the sim gameplay but probably will not see it unless I buy game since most youtube guys play with assists on.

Graphics look exactly the same which we already knew from the teaser they sent out.  Maybe at the very least it looks a little better and runs at a higher FPS than 60 on the Series X. Course designers are going to be super disappointed with the bunkers. Look exactly the same.

Being we have a solid sim group on Xbox and its got Tiger on the cover I will get it but I am not as exited as I wanted to be.  Maybe multiplayer will be better and that alone will justify my purchase.

On a business standpoint I think it will be hard for them to justify these prices with aged graphics unless the gameplay is amazing.

Ohh and the Zombies are back!  Be funny if they look the same and the ball still goes through them lol.

I think the option to tailor your own swing for difficulty regarding tempo and swing plane would be a good move.
Tempo is more punishing on Xbox which is obvious so the option to up swing plane difficulty and tine down tempo can still keep it challenging for Xbox.
More options are always better in a golf game and more options for society play also.
Still can't believe you can't lock off vibration for society tournaments.

Why reply then? I couldn't give a rat's arse if you do or don't. And I have never called anyone a name on this forum ,not that I care what you call me. I will leave it at that.

haha ... go to your safe spot ... here's your safety pin and tissue.
Well I am going to leave our conversation on a compliment.
Our sim society is playing Cypress Point CA 93953 this week and if you're the same DDawg that designed the course it got a 5 stars from me..

I do not mind the tempo but just wish it was not the main interface. Prefer swing plane and swing speed then tempo. We will see if they made any changes.

Yeah societies hopefully have more lockable options like vibrate and feedback.  Doubt it though.

Crossplay is a huge disappointed considering so many games have it now. Would have been really cool for the sim community could have probably doubled the size of a couple societies.

I agree, even if they had just cross play society tournament leaderboards it would be a start.

The pricing of all these editions is nothing short of disgraceful, also being forced to buy digital to get cross gen entitlement

As someone who wants proper live online play with lobbies and skill levels etc I know I'm going to be massively disappointed and I'm not sure I can pay what they're asking

If the game is not on PC, then that’s the end for Lidar designs surely?

Look, I only got about 6000 days left to live ... stop trying to put me in my grave faster than my wife ...

Yes, Thank you for the compliment.
Glad you enjoy it ... a longer Tee & more accurate (GolfLogix Greens map) version.  maybe before 2k23 totally time-dependent. But debating if it is worth the effort.

So reading the pre-order pages more, these ball sleeves have got me a bit meh about the game - common, epic and rare types of balls. Please don't tell me these are going to be way unrealistic attributes like in FIFA packs where rare balls have mega OTT spin and distance. Screams all these golf arcade games on mobiles. If this is the case, there HAS to be an option to lock the type of balls allowed in societies. In fact, they just need a partition to segregate sim golf vs arcade golf rubbish.

Edit: also I find it highly amusing that this forum and TGCT forum has way more traffic than the official 2K site.
