Although this used to be a great forum
for showcasing our courses but sadly
now it's turned into a punchbag for the
games knockers to have a swing
    whenever they feel like it.

Been playing for a few days on PC 2k23 totally different game to the xbox one version for £24 enjoying it a lot more on PC Still just a shame why they altered the green speeds really has made making and playing real courses tricky to play at full green speeds

Will play both courses later tonight, get your play count up. I’ve got to a sweet spot now in the game where all my settings, the balls I use, and only using a few of the ‘fittings’, have me at a place where (for me at least), the game is challenging and to score well, my controller fingers need to be on their A game. If you want to give my ghost rounds a stableford or matchplay challenge, I’ll try my best to play a decent round….

Anyway, when I saw this particular photo, a caption competition is surely in order….

Really enjoyed my round on the version with the dryer heavy rough. Beautiful looking course with lots of life like detail. Love the old crumbled boundary walls. Plantings were good too. Do you play the course IRL often?

Be nice for us designers to have a few more textures to work with, especially a plot rough that is different to the heavy rough around the holes.

  Yes I do play a lot , weather permitting
 being a member I play mostly with my son.
 The season will be starting soon so looking
 forword to that. I was given the proposed
 planned layout of the new course from the
 head greenkeeper after showing screenshots
 of my first interpretation of the available land.
 I'd been round the site taking photos and the
 walls are all there they only need the grass
 cut around them , really hope they don't get
    rid of them they'll make a nice feature.

Hi IckKen,
Played Helensburgh yesterday and loved this course! The visuals from the tee box really gave me pause to take in before hitting my drive. The windy conditions made it a fun round.You certainly have a gift for design.
