My internet was down last night. I tried to play a round while l waited but there were no courses available.  I thought l was able to play official courses and favorites in offline mode?

Hey Mike, while in Offline mode, you should have access to the HB OFFICIAL courses (21), and your unpublished courses are also playable.  Did you boot TGC without an internet connection or was the game already loaded when your connection went down?

The game was pre loaded when  l started the xbox.

I am on ps4 and noticed a similar occurrence when I boot up while offline (no internet connection) it says 21 courses but only shows 14 of them and yes my system is and game are all up to date

I can confirm the OP's issue. Xbox Live is currently down and when I started TGC there were NO courses available. Not even my own unpublished courses!
