The only discussions we are having now is making the grid more legible on the console.  There are no plans, at this time, to change the UI for loft/draw/fade.

No plans at all to allow the UI to scale a bit for people using on a console + tv that can be either far away, not that big, or have a user with bad eyes (or all 3!!)?

I really hope that decision gets looked at again if so.

Extremely hard to see some things on a console + tv setup since many have odd tv viewing distance/screen size ratios in their home.

This is exactly what I mentioned, turbine.  Making it more legible on the console.  That may mean making it bigger, changing the color, enlarging the font size...not sure exactly what , yet.  But by "making it more legible", I meant making it easier to read.

Right, but you said "the grid"..

Do you also mean reading the aiming point data (distance/elevation, etc) and the other UI components (club selected, on and on)?

It's honestly all too small (some elements worse than others) on many console + living room TV setups

(just not sure what all you meant by "the grid")

Glad its just not me, I have no trouble reading any other games text. I literally play this game blind most of the time, it comes down to a guessing game. Which is a shame, its such crucial info. Contrast would help, but honestly the text is simply too small. I have a 60 inch tv and play on the ps4. Impossible for me to sit a comfortable distance away and read any text. Hope this gets resolved sooner than later, its a fantastic game that I thoroughly enjoy and appreciate the hard work of all at HB.

I am sorry...I didn't realize you were referring to the overall UI.  Yes we are looking at that too.  I didn't mention it because we were talking about the grid specifically...not because we are not looking at it.  We are :)

I read your status priority in your enhancements forum thread in disbelief honestly. So many things with a high priority seem so trivial compared to this. How is not being able to read whats displayed a low priority. I fully understand this game was designed and created for pc and ported to consoles, however I really hope this change comes very soon. It is a critical update in my humble opinion. I don't mean to sound ungrateful, I have complimented this game numerous times and suggested to anyone I know to purchase it. Thank you again for your time and cooperation in this matter.

I have to agree.

Usability related tweaks really shouldn't even be on a "features list" or anything.  It's much more serious than that.

For some people, it's directly making them play less (or not at all).

Should certainly be a high priority fix to implement.

No response from HB and/or Lorin ?  Different color sand for sand traps....High priority.        Ability to read whats on the screen.....low/medium priority. As above post states, it shouldn't even be an enhancement, simply needs to be fixed.....a while ago. Not my intent to beat you guys (or the game) up. I'm simply frustrated and have limited my play time of this fantastic game because of it. I also understand not everyone has this problem, however it seems there are a lot of older gamers with less than perfect eyesight playing this title.
I have no idea if its a simple or complicated change, would like to see it a much higher priority with a scheduled update. Its obviously not in December's, does this mean it wont be until March? I tell everyone I talk to about the game and will continue to support it and purchase any dlc in the future. Thank you again....look forward to your reply.

I don't think HB is ignoring us. I suspect they're working on something. I got the same "I'm not ignoring you, I'll have an answer soon" message earlier this week and still nothing.

HB is a small company. It's just a silly video game. So, I'll be patient.

Oh, I agree....I was only kidding with the ignoring us comment. My earlier post(s) praise how wonderful HB is in answering our forum questions and comments. I know its a small company with a lot on its plate atm. I also realize its just a game, however its a game I really enjoy and get frustrated and stop playing due to my inability to see crucial information. Would love to compete (I am poor at best) in the current Q school event, however I am waiting until they resolve this issue, hopefully soon. Suggest anyone interested at least check out their website, its wonderful with many links to reviewed courses.  TGCTours.com
